If you want to get to know the southernmost part of the coast of Montenegro, this excursion is an ideal opportunity. The cities of Bar and Ulcinj were under Turkish occupation for a long time, until they were liberated by King Nikola in 1878. Different cultures, religions, traditions and customs became intertwined in this part of Montenegro. This is where the Orient meets Christianity.
